The 2013 Executive Program for CNO/COO Development is about to get underway.
The program is designed to attract and build a strong, diverse source of leadership professionals to meet HCA's current and future needs in healthcare.
If you are geographically flexible, have a proven track record of superior leadership and are looking to advance your career with HCA, you will have the opportunity to submit an application between October 1, 2012 and January 4, 2013.
Applicants for the CNO track must be current HCA employees. You can check other eligibility requirements for both program tracks here.
The five phase application process extends into April 2013 where final candidates will receive offers of employment in Associate roles.

The Executive Development Program is where the most talented are groomed for successful careers in healthcare leadership.
As a full-time Associate Administrator you will receive training in best-practice expertise and will be mentored for executive leadership at HCA.
