Joining Gulf Coast Medical Center as the new chief operating officer is Holly Jackson. Holly comes over from The Medical Center of Trinity where she has served as the associate COO since her start with HCA in 2010.
While at Trinity, Holly was responsible for the management of a host of ancillary services including Facilities, Food Services, Respiratory Therapy, Rehab Services, Security, Communications and Environmental Services.
She also led a transition process to a $200 million replacement facility that involved her in the development and execution of plans for the new house-wide departmental operations, occupancy readiness, patient move processes and orientation for over 1,700 staff, physicians and volunteers.
Holly was also the administrator for a 46-bed satellite campus supporting Behavioral Health Services where she streamlined efficiency in the new multi-campus dynamic, stabilized operations and oversaw a $2.1 million renovation project.
Needless to say Holly brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her new role as Gulf Coast Medical's COO.
Congratulations on your new promotion, Holly.
