Nathan will be responsible for providing administrative direction for the operation of ancillary departments within the two hospitals, lead physician recruitment initiatives and oversee construction projects.
Nathan joins HCA from Health Management Associates, Inc., having served as COO for Santa Rosa Medical Center in Milton, Florida since 2011.
During his tenure there, he spearheaded development of several service line programs, key physician alliances and general business development initiatives.
Before that Nathan was Assistant Administrator of East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, Georgia where he held similar responsibilities over a three-year period.
Nathan received his Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
