Andre joined HCA in 2010 at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, MO as the Associate Chief Operations Officer where he provided instrumental leadership to several departments and important strategic projects.
His pronounced leadership and ambitious drive prompted Centerpoint to open the area's first Senior Emergency Department.
He also gained the widespread department support from nursing and clinical in his operations team ultimately leading to improved service and satisfaction throughout the hospital.
His promotion takes him to Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, Kentucky this July.
Chad Christianson joined HCA in January of 2010 when he was accepted into the COO Development program as Associate Administrator for West Houston Medical Center of the Gulf Coast Division.
Prior to joining HCA, Chad was Director of Operations for St. Vincent's Birmingham, where he first started his career.
During his time as Associate Administrator with West Houston, he moved HCAPS rank from #85 to #30, led the oversight, planning and construction phases of a $5.5 million Freestanding Emergency Department in Katy and served as the Team Leader for Meaningful Use where he had a very successful Phase I implementation.
He will remain at West Houston to become the new COO this month.
