Before her promotion, Cyndi served as CNO at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, Tennessee, not far from Centennial in Nashville.
While at StoneCrest she was instrumental in developing and implementing processes and programs that that enhanced outcomes and overall patient satisfaction.

Cyndi completed her nursing education at the University of Missouri in Columbia and received her Master of Science in nursing from Walden University.
