Grandview Medical is a 70-bed hospital in Jasper serving the five counties between Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. The facility will join TriStar's Parkridge Health System, increasing the system's number to five facilities for the Chattanooga market.

The transaction is expected to be completed by February 28, 2014. Capella and HCA are working closely to ensure a smooth transition for hospital employees, patients and the community.
