In her new position, Natalie will oversee entire operations for the main hospital, the East Campus and Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital, all of which serve the residents of Ventura and Los Angeles counties as well as the surrounding communities of Greater Conejo Valley.
Natalie held the role of interim CEO at Los Robles for the month prior to the announcement.
"Natalie has acted as interim CEO twice now and I am very pleased that she is receiving this appointment. It is the right time for her," said Rick Lemmo, senior vice president of Caruso Affiliated and Board Chairman of the hospital. "She is our first female CEO and it is very well deserved. The board is engaged and ready to continue to work with Natalie as we keep elevating healthcare for area residents.

Prior to this experience, Natalie held the COO position at Centerpoint Medical in Independence, an HCA affiliate in the Midwest Division.
As an associate administrator in the COO Development Program, Natalie worked in tandem with mentor and CEO Bryan Rogers at Riverside Community Hospital.
After proving her leadership capabilities under Bryan, she continued to hone her skills at the HCA Midwest Division, where she was an instrumental part of the acquisition team for Health Midwest.
"Natalie's dedication and expertise have continued to elevate her professional growth within HCA," said Bryan, FACHE, president of HCA Far West Division. "Having witnessed her continued knowledge and leadership, I know she will be successful in her new role at Los Robles Hospital."
Natalie holds a Master of Health Administration degree, a Graduate Certificate in Management of Ambulatory Care Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science all from the University of Southern California.
She is a Board Member of the Boys and Girls Club of Moorpark and serves on the Southwest Region Trauma Executive Committee.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed running the operations of our facilities for the past five-years. I am ready to step into the role as President and CEO and to continue to work with the talented staff and physicians at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center,” Natalie said. “As a regional destination for care, we will continue to expand and offer new services to our growing community and surrounding areas.”
Congratulations, Natalie.
