Kenneth joined Riverside Community in 1988 as a board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist and served as chair of the OB/GYN department from January 2005 through December 2010.
Following that, Kenneth assumed the role of president of the medical staff, serving as chair of the Medical Executive Committee from January 2011 to December 2012 where he was responsible for oversight of clinical activities throughout the hospital, system-wide quality initiatives and daily operations of the medical staff office.
Before joining Riverside, Kenneth served in multiple leadership capacities including chief of obstetrical medicine at Greater El Monte Community Hospital in Los Angeles.
He joined Riverside after relocating to the Inland Empire in 1988 and assumed the duties of providing OB/GYN care and serving on the board of directors.

As chief medical officer, Kenneth will oversee several activities and initiatives, including the final phases of electronic health records implementation, performance improvement in the hospital's various clinical services and medical directors and physician leaders of several hospital programs.
Kenneth earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 1975. His leadership experience began with serving as president of his medical school class during his first three years there. He completed his internship and residency at Indiana University Medical Center.
He is board certified by the American Board of OB/GYN, is a member of the Riverside County Medical Association, Society of Robotic Surgeons and a Fellow in the American College of OB/GYN.
