Debbie is now CNO for Plantation General Hospital in Plantation, Florida.
She started her career with HCA in 2010 as director of telemetry services at Lee's Summit Medical Center, where she also joined the CNO Development program as an associate CNO.
In 2012 she was promoted to associate CNO II and transferred to Plantation General Hospital.
Debbie has eight years of management experience in internal and external clinical leadership roles in many diverse service lines.
She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing education from Research-Rockhurst College of Nursing in Kansas City, Missouri and her Masters of Science in management from Baker University of Professional and Graduate Studies, also in Kansas City.
Debbie was promoted to CNO of Plantation General Hospital in the East Florida Division in May.
