And So We Enter Phase 2 Of The 2013 Executive Development Application Process

As of the end of last week, Phase 1 of the EDP application submission process has passed. We hope that everyone who was interested in participating in the 2013 COO and CNO tracks were able to put applications in on time.

For those who did, it's on to Phase 2!

This part of the process involves the completion of a comprehensive leadership assessment by two professional or academic references which you supplied on your application.

Phase 2 runs from January 30 through February 27.

For those selected during this phase to continue on to the next, you will be one step closer to a challenging and rewarding experience with HCA.

The HCA Executive Development program is not just another step in your career — for the duration of the program, it is your career, where you will develop and hone your skills as leaders through several educational seminars and through individual mentoring while gaining a breadth of experience in day-to-day operations.
