Jayme Chancellor has been named chief operating officer of Northside Hospital, a 288-bed, full-service facility in the HCA West Florida division.
Jayme has been part of the division since 2005, serving in various capacities including process improvement engineer and director of management engineering. Most recently she served as vice president of performance improvement.
"At Northside, we are constantly striving to bring experienced, talented professionals onboard, and this goal is reflected in the addition of Jayme to our senior leadership team," said Dia Nichols, FACHE, Northside president and CEO. "Her experience improving healthcare processes will be beneficial not only to our staff, but to the community at large as we continue to provide high-quality medical care."
Jayme received her bachelor's from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of Tampa. She holds a green belt in Six Sigma and is certified in Lean process improvement.
She started her new role as COO on March 3, 2014.
