Millie has been with HCA since 2007 in Critical Care leadership. She has since held many leadership roles, honing the developmental skills and responsibilities an HCA leader requires. Her success provided her the opportunity to participate in HCA's CNO Development program in 2011.
As Associate CNO of Centerpoint Medical Center she oversaw the OR and Endovascular Suite expansion, installation of a new biplane in the CV Lab and functioning as the nurse executive for Medical/Surgical/Telemetry and Cardiology Services.
Millie received her Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Webster University in Kansas City, her Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from the University of Central Missouri.
She began her new role late September at the MidAmerica Division Office where she will be responsible for directing the development and implementation of strategies for the Surgical Service line in Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Missouri hospitals.
