On To Phase 3 Of The 2012 Executive Development Program

Phase 2 has come to a close and so we're on to the third phase of the EDP application process. This, folks, is the halfway point. Those who have successfully qualified to move forward will soon receive a phone interview from the Executive Development team.

HCA is confident that we produce only the best of the best from our Executive Development program. Even though it is still relatively young: the COO program started in 2001 while the CNO portion was established later in 2005, the program goals are in alignment with our overall strategy: to create a high performance, high commitment work environment that builds on individual contribution and the successful reputation of HCA's mission.

Its focus is the continuity of excellent and innovative leadership today into tomorrow.

Phase 3 began on the 28^th of February and runs through March 30, 2012.

The field is narrowing and HCA's new leaders are emerging.
