Phase 2 Of The 2012 Executive Development Program Begins

As you may be aware, the application process of Phase 1 ended on January 6. We hope that everyone who was interested in participating in the Executive Development for the COO/CNO Programs got their applications in on time.

For those who did, it's on to Phase 2! This part of the process involves the completion of a comprehensive leadership assessment by two professional or academic references which you supplied on your application.

Phase 2 runs from January 30 through February 27.

For those selected during this phase to continue on to the next, you will be one step closer to a challenging and rewarding experience. The HCA Executive Development program is not just another step in your career — for the duration of the program, it is your career, where you will develop and hone your skills as leaders through several educational seminars and mentoring while gaining a breadth of experience in day-to-day operations.
