Phase 1 Of The 2012 Executive Development Program Complete

Phase 1 of the application process for HCA's Executive Development program has ended as of January 6, 2012. We hope that everyone who was interested this year had the chance to enroll. The program is highly selective and chooses only the most ideal candidates. As hundreds have applied, there will only be a handful selected to continue to Phase 2 of the program.

The second phase begins January 30^th and initiates a comprehensive leadership assessment by the two professional (supervisory) or academic references you included in your application. Depending to which program you applied, COO or CNO Development, your assessment will determine whether you will proceed to Phase 3, the telephone interview.
