Two newly created chief executive officer positions have been filled at Parham Doctors' Hospital and Retreat Doctors' Hospital in the Richmond, Virginia area according to Richmond Times Dispatch.
Zach McCluskey will lead the Parham hospital, while Terika Richardson will lead Retreat.
Both appointments began on May 1, 2014. The new CEOs will report to Will Wagnon, CEO of Henrico Doctors' Hospitals, of which Parham and Retreat are campuses.
Zach had served as Retreat's chief operating officer since August 2013. Before that he served as COO and ethics and compliance officer of TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Nashville. He started with HCA as an associate administrator at Johnston-Willis Hospital.
Zach received both his bachelor's in nursing and his master's in health administration from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia.
Before her promotion, Terika was serving as COO of Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center in Fredericksburg. She'd held the position since October 2008 and served as an associate administrator for Reston Hospital Center before that.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in biopsychology and cognitive science from the University of Michigan and her master's in public health from the University of Michigan, School of Public Health.
