After successfully completing the CNO Development program earlier this year, associate chief nursing officer Angela Ellis has been named CNO of Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
Angela was only in the Executive Development program a short time as ACNO before being named interim CNO.
She got her start at Terre Haute Regional in 2001 as an RN and has held many diverse clinical leadership roles since.
As ACNO and interim CNO, Angela launched new inventions and modifications to the facility's esteemed I-care program and Leadership Morning Huddles.
Angela graduated from Lincoln Trail State College in Robinson, Illinois, with an ASN/RN in 1998. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, as well as a graduate degree in management with health care administration.
She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the Indiana Organization of Nurse Executives.
