The 2013 Becker's review recognizes 25 healthcare leaders under the age of 40 who have excelled as healthcare leaders. These folks are recognized for the considerable accomplishments in their professional careers and have shown promise in continuing future success.
Leaders are chosen based on peer nominations and editorial research. Three of the 25 are HCA administrators: Andre Boyd, chief operating officer of TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital, Tom Jackson, chief financial officer of Parkridge Health System, and Sandee Moore, COO of Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Andre Boyd, 36, has served as the Greenview Regional COO in Bowling Green, Kentucky, since 2012, where he is responsible for maintaining the hospital budget. Prior to this, he was associate COO for two years at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, Missouri.

Tom Jackson, 33, has served as Parkridge Health System's CFO since February 2013. The Tennessee-based health system is comprised of Parkridge Medical Center, Parkridge East Hospital and Parkridge Valley Hospital. Tom has more than 14 years of financial management experience and previously served as CFO of Emory Eastside Medical Center in Snelville, Georgia.

Sandee Moore, 31, has been with Eastern Idaho Regional as COO for two years now. Prior to this role, she served as associate administrator of Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas. Since joining Eastern Idaho Regional, Sandee has pushed the hospital to achieving primary stroke designation. At the same time, she is serving as the 2012-2015 Idaho Regent for the American College of Healthcare Executives.
