He served as associate administrator at both Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, CA and at Ogden Regional Medical Center (ORMC) in Utah. He was promoted from Associate Administrator to COO of Ogden Regional in 2007. Ogden Regional is a part of the Mountain Division. Dana has had many accomplishments during his four and a half year tenure as COO, including increasing HCAPS scores from a hospital ranking of 93rd in the company (2nd Q 2009) to 13th in the company (2nd Q of 2011). At Ogden he also provided strong leadership to a variety of hospital departments and the only Blood Donor/Collection Service of its kind in HCA.
