Will has been with HCA since 2007.
He was accepted into the COO Development program in 2010 as the Associate Administrator 1 for the Strategic Resource Group, where he worked on service line growth and planning at the corporate office.
In 2011, Will transferred to Centennial Medical Center as Associate COO 2 where he served as Chief Staffing Officer and Ethics & Compliance Officer. He was also responsible for the management of the Organ Transplant Program and several ancillary departments.
Will received his bachelor of science in Business Administration from UNC Chapel Hill and his graduate degree in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
His new role as COO for The Medical Center in McKinney begins April 15, 2013.
